EPP Solution (EPPS) was recently established in November 2007, the company is a spin-off from RedHot Media Sdn Bhd, Merchandising Dept and a subsidiary of RH Media International (to be listed company on the London Stock Exchange on Q2 2008). EPPS intends to develop further and enhance a suite of business community trading (known as 鈥淭radex鈥? which is expected to leverage on its already existing 300 merchants through the on-going collaboration with RedHot 鈥淎dChange鈥?unique business model that provide an exchange platform for both advertisers and media owners to promote their products and services using non-traditional conduits. In addition, EPPS is able to tap into the vast database on the B2C community of over 600,000 RedHot members in Malaysia which include those from established companies like Genting Bhd, Sunrise Bhd, Fuji Film, MBF master cards, and AEON, thus creating on of the largest co-branding community.

Product and services received through RedHot鈥檚 鈥淎dchange鈥?will be used to package attractive promotion to our shared B2B and B2C network of merchants and consumer. To further value-adds both the community, EPP Solution is continuously enhancing payment methods to make them even more seamless for the consumer in their everyday life. This will be done through our 鈥淟itepocket鈥?easy payment plan services involving several bank鈥檚 credit card 0% interest facility being tied-up with us.

The Litepocket program is an easy payment plan created by EPP Solution鈥檚 former origin, RedHot Media Sdn Bhd. The Program has been delegated to EPPS for development where to create a Litepocket portal to assist consumer to ease their financial burden via payment made through their credit card. Thus, Litepocket brings the possibility of paying for products and services nearer to the user while enjoying monetary savings.

Furthermore, EPPS acts as a link point of contact to facilitate the rapid and effective cross-selling of products and services for the community which mainly consist of employees and their employer needs ranging from MNC and small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) in matters related to procurement of a variety of products and services . In addition to build further awareness on our offerings from a macro point of view, we do participate in various roads shows via the organizer of the events and through website advertising which we continue to improvised our business model by linking our community products to the public.

On the E-business tools we use to further enhance awareness of our community products to our vast database. The company does engage in our very own e-mailer promotion as well, which is known as Shopping Avenue (an e-newsletter blasting promotion programme). Alternate to e-promotions as such, the company also ties in with their insurance partner (Am Assurance) and credit services provider (AEON) for their direct mailer. Other electronic awareness building tool EPPS use are the SMS and MMS blasting to our database.

Finally, to provide our customer with the flexibility of their choice of payment, EPPS do allow members within the community and end users to pay for their purchases through installment payment plan (Litepocket), credit card, online payment or the conventional mode of cash. EPPS is in the long-run is working to digitalize its existing business model, as well as increasing their multi trading platform to convince more members and the effectiveness of building a community and database of consumers. In short the company鈥檚 marketing goal is to enable the intelligent networking of various business communities from various backgrounds that would both complement themselves and the end user. Thus making purchases and market survey can be made less redundant and easier to afford.
